Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate contact information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.
Appointment requests
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Your date becomes confirmed only after MzFirstclass reviews availability, confirms the service details, and communicates any required deposit or final quote.
Pricing and payments
Prices shown are starting estimates in Jamaican dollars. Party size, travel, timing, add-ons, and custom requirements can change the final quote. Any deposit, balance, refund, or transfer conditions will be presented with the confirmed quote before payment is collected.
Changes and cancellations
You may cancel an eligible request from your account. Rescheduling and cancellation conditions communicated with your confirmed quote apply. Completed, declined, cancelled, or no-show bookings cannot be changed online.
Client responsibilities
Please disclose timing requirements, location details, allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, and other information reasonably needed to provide the service safely. Arrive or be ready at the agreed time.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another client’s account, disrupt the website, submit unlawful material, or use the service fraudulently. We may suspend accounts used in a harmful or unauthorized manner.
Service changes and availability
We may update services, pricing, working hours, or website features. If an unavoidable event affects a confirmed appointment, we will contact you and work toward a reasonable alternative.
